1. Of course we are there.
Government work is done by contractors (that are often former government officials) and after they've over charged for the work, the taxpayers have to bail them out or pay to have the job done a second or third time in order to get it completed.

4. no, I mean government work, the people's work
War= we now have private armies
FEMA= disasters are mismanaged while thousands wait for help on their roofs. They are still waiting to be rebuilt.
IRS= the jobs of several agents (boo hoo) have been outsourced. This will cost us by decreassing the amount of collected tax money that goes back into the budget. Outsourced collections will have to pay the private companies that attempt to collect the money. I've heard estimates of 20- 30 cents per dollar.

if government doesn't represent the people but the corporations, its not the peoples work any longer.
