To accommodate criticism from the right of his continuing the Nixon initiated custom of naming government managers, of a certain level, Czars President Obama announced today that they will now be called Tsars.

were hated by the communists. Four centuries of harsh authoritarian rule by the Romanov dynasty was the reason communism caught on so heavily in czarist russia.
