Debtor's Revolt
Video of woman fed up with BofA'a abuse of her posts a video that now has over 96,000 hits. The article notes that the emergence of the viral video culture is leveling the playing field. Consumers are no longer consigned to the shadows suffering the abuses of the big corporations in silence. A huge movement of people standing up this way could actually do some good.

My next thought is to get 1000's of people posting these with their stories of private health insurance company abuse.

1. Figured for years one of the few things MBAs learned was to isolate complaints from consumers
Wish I had a dollar for every time I heard a customer service rep or their managers tell someone: 'Well, no one but you has had this problem....' and then try to make the customer feel they were out of line to make a legitimate complaint.

The Internet has sure screwed the management that counted on blowing of complaints as being unique and therefore the customer's shortcoming, not theirs. They might have to start dealing with reality at the management level yet. ;)

2. Correct. All abusers isolate the victims
As soon as the victims come out of the shadows and the shine the light on the offenders their days are numbered.
