All week the Situation room has been on Obama's ass. And tonight the 2 stories in relation to the whitehouse are Van Jones, will he resign, picking up on Glens Becks crusade(Jesus H. Christ) and then another story on Obama's healthcare critics, where the preview video showed an old man comparing Obama to the Nazis.

Is it my imagination or during Bush's 8 years of terror, I seem to remember it was REALLY hard for us non Bush loving people, to get any airtime, even when we had large protests, we still had hardly any coverage. It wasn't until around 2006 when the left started to get some decent airtime on their grips with the Bush Administration.

and an even harder right turn when AOL bought that company. Not that they were exactly "Liberal" in the Ted Turner days.... the channel DID establish itself by cheerleading Poppy Bush's first Iraq war, after all.

6. CNN was actually half-decent back when Ted Turner was running the show.

I toured their Atlanta headquarters once when I was a teenager in the mid-90's, posed with the life-size picture of Captain Planet (another of Ted's franchises) and tried out the mock news-room there. I know Ted's one of those filthy rich billionaires, but most of his wealth came from his media empire, so his was a little less sleazy than others' path to mass wealth.

But CNN, these days, they are in a race to out-do even Faux News at grabbing a chunk of the conservative viewership, so nothing they do surprises me any more.
