Anyone "satisfied" with the state of the American Health Care System, doesn't care about health care and doesn't care about Americans!

2. That's a best-case (and. perhaps, idealistic) view of single-payer health care.

The goal will ALWAYS be pleasing the shareholder.

Whether that be people who own stock in a private insurance company or taxpayers (under single-payer), benefit costs will always be an issue.
