Two influential voices in the debate over California prison populations speak up on why this country needs more than just health-care reform.

So the Republicans and the Blue Dog Democrats have managed to stall health-care reform. They say they want more time to tinker with the flaws in the Democrat's plan for your medical bills, creating more effective cost controls. Which is pretty hilarious coming from the people....
