(08-25) 11:45 PDT Anaheim, Calif. (AP) --
State regulators have launched an investigation of a Southern California day care center after two toddlers were found on railroad tracks near the facility.
The Orange County Register reports Tuesday that the 2-year-old boys went missing from the Anaheim YMCA Children's Station on Thursday during group playtime.
Neighbors spotted the children and called police, who returned them to the center unharmed.
Lizelda Lopez, a Department of Social Services spokeswoman, says the agency's community care licensing division is investigating.
