8. Yes. Lots of water. It occurred to me this evening that a broad-spectrum

anti-b like Cipro is gonna play havoc with my gastro-intestinal system. So, I stopped on the way home from dog class and got some yogurt and pro-biotics. The doc said he'd like to give me Bactrim for this bug, but I'm allergic. So, it's a powerful, broad spectrum for me! Look out good flora, here it comes!

4. I was at a townhall today for Nelson(NE) and it was a wall of stupid but my daughter

got to ask him a question:

So far all we've heard from Senator is people who have insurance and have healthcare and some business owners and people on Medicare. I work two jobs Senator Nelson, I PAY my taxes, and I can barely make ends meet, let alone afford to buy healthcare insurance. What are you going to do to help the millions of people just like me?
