You do not allow us to publicly discuss changes we want. You lock such threads and ask us to "contact the Admins" privately.
By doing so, you stifle open discussion. I know this is your choice. But donating is OUR choice.
I hope that you will consider allowing us to discuss changes in a more open format instead of stifling such discussion.
