2. No bombshell
We've known and documented it all along -- even predicting it if you check the archives.

The only bombshell is that they are finally admitting it.

8. The sheeple don't know who Tom Ridge is
and they've also forgotten the various terror alerts made by bushco.

I have visions of the typical dittohead calling to his wife from the garage, "Honey. Do you know where all this duct tape came from?"

6. Absolutely! We all knew that was going on. I must say I'm
surprised that Ridge is admiting it now. I wonder why?

17. He appears to be "admitting" to coming under pressure...

to raise the terror alert level the weekend before the 2004 election. Per the Hardball crew, Ashcroft and Rumsfeld were supposedly all for it, but no-one at DHS was, and the threat level was not raised. So it appears Ridge is "admitting" to being a man of integrity. Wow. The threat level had been raised just after the DNC, though, and Michael Isikoff attributed Kerry's puny post-convention bounce to that. I'm not sure about that--the Kerry convention was pretty weak in the first place, mostly taking the attitude that George W. Bush was a swell guy, but we Democrats might do better here and there. That's not how you win an election.

20. I said "admitting."
Note the sneer quotes. It appears he's making an "admission" that casts him in a flattering light, so to call it an admission is fairly absurd.

22. Sorry. I'm not computing properly
This sudden burst of Ridge's "Truthiness" has really pissed me off. I mean, how many people have lost their lives in his fake war on terror? How many kids signed up for war and died over of his lies? Arrrghh!

12. Tom Ridge is just as guilty.
The guy could've exposed the truth when he had the chance years ago, but noooooo. His reasoning for leaving was to make more money. Which really made him look like a horses ass.

13. Chris wonders how long before Cheney comes out of hiding
and DUMPS all over this book.
Isakoff says Cheney is probably too busy right now, given that NEW revelations re: CIA and him are about to come out.
Keep it coming! Hang all the fuckers.

19. I guess he will have to tell KO that he was right after all.

Remember all of those terror alert cowinkydink segments that KO ran... where he would show the history of election/bad news for admin/scandal and, right on cue, TERROR ALERT!!!

I guess Tweety didn't listen or really thought "gee, the Bushies wouldn't do THAT, would they?"

Tweety now believe that they lied into the Iraq war, why is this any big deal to him?
