Oh no you didn't Mr. Obama. Or your lawyers didn't do it. But they did.

So as I understand it, Obama's lawyers used the same arguments against gay marriage that Man-On-Dog Santorum did. I don't think so, I don't think so, I don't think so. If he thinks that's OK and we the homolicious will take this bullshit, he's SO made a mistake.

My people will not take this crap any longer. Why should we be denigrated with lawyers comparing incest and pedophilia to our potential marriages? How could you even come close to being a Democrat with those ideas running through your mind? Shameful and it better damn well change.

RAINBOW POWER!

3. Pardon me, it wasn't compared to bestiality, just pedophilia and incest:
"A previous Justice Department briefing filed in June angered some gay rights campaigners, who said it compared gay marriage to incest and child marriage."

4. Is this the story you're talking about?
Obama Administration Calls Marriage Law Unfair

by The Associated Press
August 17, 2009

The Obama administration filed court papers Monday arguing that a federal marriage law discriminates against gays, even as government lawyers continue to defend the law.

Justice Department lawyers are seeking to dismiss a suit brought by a gay California couple challenging the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act. The administration's response to the case has angered gay activists who see it as backtracking on campaign promises made by President Obama.

In the court papers, the administration urges law's repeal but says that in the meantime, government lawyers will continue to defend it as a law on the books.

The government's previous filing in the case angered gay rights activists who supported Obama's candidacy in part because of his pledge to move forward on repealing the law and the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that prevents gays from serving openly in the military.

"The administration believes the Defense of Marriage Act is discriminatory and should be repealed," said Justice Department spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler, because it prevents equal rights and benefits.

7. These are two different filings
The one above was filed this week. The one the OP is upset about is MONTHS old and if the OP was paying attention in JUNE when everyone was up in arms over this he would know this too. That brief (June) was in support of Prop 8 in Cali. I want to believe that it is because we were so vocal in June and July that things in the JD/White House have changed.

9. Damnit, I was sick.
And CNN really must of screwed up the story, because they mentioned pedophilia and that crap in their coverage today, with the impression being given that it was pertinent to today's filing.
