How should Dems fight back? The RRRs have been fine-tuning
their noise machine for years and it is wide-reaching; tax-exempt political think tanks, churches, paid shills, Frank Luntz, FAUX News, training in how to convey the message to Congressman, staffers, etc., massive free books to donors, the list goes on and on.

Let's face it--the Dems have the smarts, but not the organization nor the lack of ethics and morality that allow them to distort the way the RRRs do their message.

Right now it is healthcare, next it will be something different. Should we outright lie, as our opponents do (death panels, anyone?)? ?hould we plant ditzes like Katy Abrams in their appearances?

I see a lot of commiserating about the Dems lack of spine and ability to put forth the message. Instead of moaning (as I feel much like doing every time I hear the latest lie from the RRR) what can we do instead?

Must we lower the bar? Should we? We do have the good of the order at stake (generally--at least moreso than the RRS ever do).
