Poll question: "Keep the government out of my Medicare"
I've heard several people claim someone said this to them at a town hall. Did anyone really say this, have several people said this, were they possibly primed by an e-mail, did this happen once and the story was too good to pass up or what?

BTW - Is it possible someone on our side planted this in an e-mail as a joke?

1. I've seen several signs with that on them at different town halls.

2. Obama said he received a letter from a lady..
She didn't want no socialized medicine, she didn't want no government run program, and she wanted him to leave her Medicare alone.

3. In my senior year of high school we had one semester of "Civics"
and one semester of "Modern Problems" where we were taught this stuff. When they went to "4 years of English required instead of two" those wonderful classes disappeared.

4. I wouldn't be surprised at much of anything the other side chants.
If it's pithy, and sounds like it opposes Obama, there are thousands who would wait in line for a chance to shout it. The Right can always find a busload of patsies, and will supply them with a pantload of slogans.
