I've had it.
Is "Liberal" synonymous with "Pacifist"? The "Disruptor's" are a precursor to angry mobs and then on to goon squads and jack boots. And guess who's encouraging these birfer goons, that's right, all of the reich wing TV and radio hosts. Wait until a few fights break out. Who do you think will be "reported" as the troublemakers?

I say, let the fists fly. I actually think that part of the problem is pacifism. Liberals will live in a conservative hell for decades before they decide that "bipartisanship" is stupid. There are too many historical examples of this. I'm so sick of living in a conservatively designed landscape. Fuck them all.

Peace.

1. With so much of the country willing to accept violence from the reich wing (murdering physicians),
liberals are sowing the seeds of our own demise by not fighting back.

Maybe it is cowardice and pacifism. Maybe it is a misplaced faith in human nature. Maybe it is simply the fact that too many of us are too damn comfortable, even with the crap that the enemy produces, to jeopardize what we have.

Until there are serious and significant consequences to the tactics by the repukes and their idiot mobs, that shit will continue. Singing Kumbya and hoping for the enemy to see reason is just stupid, and self-destructive.

if we take the view that pacifism is wrong, then all rebellion of the past was wrong.

2. sorry- if we adopt what we despise to win, then we've lost
what makes us fundamentally different in the end.

I'm not saying to go belly up- but violence isn't the answer. It never was, and never will be.

peace~

13. Violence can be the answer in extreme circumstances.
The French Revolution is one major example. Other examples could be ALF attacks and other forms of violent dissent. When all legal paths towards justice are exhausted, violence is the next step.

3. I'm torn over what to do
I personally lean toward wanting to hand these goons a good country style ass whoopin', but then I read my sig line which I put there to temper my response to such things. Still, we may come to point where giving these jokers a taste of their own medicine doesn't make us monsters, but is justified with righteous indignation.

4. When fists and bullets replace words, democracy is dead and buried.
We need to be at these places in force, and prepared to shout them down if necessary. But meeting violence with violence merely ensures that the group most willing to shed blood will win. If that group isn't us, we have signed our collective death warrants. If it is, then the price at which we gain power is high indeed.

The escalation of violence is easy to start, and hard to stop.
