6. A bit too "terrific," if you ask me...
Everything was "terrific." The Democrats in Congress were doing a terrific job. His opponents for the nomination were terrific Senators. We had a chance to do something really terrific for the future. And so on, and so on, and scooby-dooby-dooby...

Seriously, I really like Obama as a candidate, and he presents himself with just the right blend of sincerity and humor to go over well, but he has to work on that particular mannerism, because it not only makes him sound limited in his vocabulary, but overly enthusiastic to the point of being fake. (I don't think he is being insincere, but his thinking everything is "terrific" could certainly give that impression to viewers.)
