In the world I live in: a person who deceives in order to take advantage of another is a felon.

In the 'world of politics': a person who deceives in order to take advantage of several nations of people, transferring hundreds of billions of dollars of wealth to conspirators,...is free to continue the practice.

Same behavior. Different consequences.

Why?

Has the 'rule of men' completely squashed the 'rule of law' in this nation? If so, how can we claim to be a 'democracy'?

This country makes no sense to me, anymore.

Meanwhile, I find their criminal behavior ABSOLUTELY intolerable. Yet, those most destructive criminals on the face of the earth (IMO) are allowed to perpetuate their crimes on their own people and other peoples across the globe.

I am befuddled. How can any rational or spiritual or sensible person or even irrational person allow these criminals to continue their abuse?

I understand the truth of these circumstances are frightening. However, the failure to confront that truth may be our ultimate demise. The truth is, if these criminals are allowed to get away with their obscene violations against law and people,...THEY WILL DO IT, AGAIN.
