I want the people who give the Oath of Office to our leaders, investigated

there is something about that oath, and I am not sure what it is, but it seems to make politicians loose their minds and forget everything they have said,or promised, or committed to and become delusional, Oh! wait that wouldn't work because you would have to swear in the investigator.
