Show negative number recs instead of "less than 0"

If something has a rec count of -1000, I want to know it. With the "<0" indicator I can't tell the merely boring stuff from the true outrages...which of course I would hate to miss.

1. Check out the page view number, and figure, conservatively, that at least

ten or twenty percent of the people bothered to vote on the subject. That'll give you an idea.....
