Maybe I'm wrong. I hope I'm wrong. But I think I just heard Ed Schultz endorse the proposal to deny gun rights specifically to people who are unfortunate enough to wind up on the terrorist watch list. Doesn't he know how names get on that list? Doesn't he know about the huge number of people on the list who don't belong? Doesn't he know that people on the list have virtually no means of appealing or correcting errors?

I was starting to like Ed Schultz, but in my book his stock just took a huge dive.

1. He doesn't have a clue on this topic. The watch list is a joke, many of us are on it for no reason.

2. Although I find guns distasteful, I have to agree about the terrorist watch list...
Rec'd.

3. I thought I heard wrong -
but, yeah, that's what I heard, too.

Compounding the injustice, indeed. What was he thinking?

4. You may be confusing the FBI's terrorist watch list which, with the TSA's no-fly list.

5. Is there a bigger bunch of whiners on the planet than gun worshippers? Let's get real. Both
political parties are scared shitless of the NRA. So there is no way anybody on the terrorist list, terrorist or no, will ever be deprived of their death machines.

9. No.
They're scared shitless of being voted out.

Easy to blame the nra, and deny reality though, I grant you that.

Of course, I'd expect nothing less from anyone that thinks denial of any rights because your name is on a contrived list is proper.

That there is carrying the water for bush administration policies, no ifs ands or buts about it.

No spinning it away, and no denying it.

And thats exactly what you appear to be for.

Odd that.

8. I like Ed
But he needs an aide close by to hand him a clue when he loses it, which seems to be quite often.

10. Take away the Constitutional Rights of someone who hasn't even been ACCUSED
of a crime, much less CONVICTED of one.

People who say stupid shit should lose their First Amendment right then, as well.
