Spreadin' It Around- Guantanamo "Detainees" Are Bad PR For The Empire
So just move 'em all around to a dozen different locations and "shut down" Guantanamo and so perfectly eliminate this unseemly PR problem.

MADRID — The United States has asked Spain to accept four prisoners from the Guantanamo Bay prison for terrorism suspects, the foreign minister said Wednesday.

Last week, the Obama administration sent four Chinese Uighurs held at Guantanamo to Bermuda. The Pacific island nation of Palau has agreed to take in 13 other Uighurs still being held.


The tiny island nation of Palau (pop. 21,000) has agreed to take in Uighur detainees from the Guantanamo Bay prison.
