What subjects should we not joke about so as not to offend the sensitive right wing?

In order to prevent a stampede of apologies to the right wing, what subjects should we avoid making fun of?

Jokes about ron or nancy reagan? Jokes about Jesus? Jokes about larry craig?

Help me out, so I don't have to spend my whole day apologizing to thin skinned republicans.

I mean, that eliminates about half of the republican party right there. Throw in the republicans on the sex offender registry for other offenses and you're pretty much just left with Billy Graham. That's no fun.

they can't take a Joke.

Fact is a comic or humorist making any particular Joke is in reality, the one feeling the most pain about any given subject.

Humor about that subject is just dealing with the pain.

if someone expresses "outrage" over that joke. then the Joke was effective.

However if the "outrage" is feigned (like with bimbo gov Palin) then more Humor is warranted. (pile it on and bury the censorial attention grabber.)

It is my firm belief that any leader, president, king, czar or populace. would do well to listen to his/her country's Fools, humorists or comics. (wisdom is found there)
They deserve a wide latitude and should never be suppressed.
