Is She A Professional Pundit Now?
http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2009_06/018477.php

IS SHE A PROFESSIONAL PUNDIT NOW?.... After Obama's speech in Cairo this morning, the "Morning Joe" crew began its analysis. Apparently concerned that Liz Cheney hasn't been on the cable networks nearly enough lately, "Morning Joe" invited the former Bush administration official to offer more obligatory criticism of the president.

Former VP's daughter tells MSNBC she "was troubled by the extent to which I heard moral relativism."

Whatever. Liz Cheney's disappointment is of no real consequence. It's neither surprising nor interesting. Concerns about "moral relativism," coming from a Bush administration official, are a little too ironic, anyway.

And therein lies the point: why is Liz Cheney on television every day? Are we approaching the point at which every important presidential speech requires a Cheney response?

3. Supposedly he is worried about being indicted. Seems he hasn't
heard that if you are afraid of indictment you keep your mouth shut.

4. We need a furious DU email/snail-mail response to her presence.
We need a good email address for contacting producers about Mitchell's program content.

13. With very few exceptions, credibility in the M$M is nonexistent.
Edited on Thu Jun-04-09 01:16 PM by AndyA
Virtually everything the Cheney's have said over the last 8+ years has been debunked time and again by others. They are liars; they have been exposed over and over for lying.

And yet the M$M in this country keeps trotting them out, on a regular basis, like they are legitimate. And the networks wonder why they're losing viewers. And advertisers. Hmmm...it doesn't take a genius to figure it out. People don't like being LIED TO. And by continually shoving these liars in our faces, the M$M is insulting people.

Time to write a letter of complaint. Again. I wonder how many "...except for David Schuster, Ed, Keith, and Rachel, your network isn't worth watching..." letters MSNBC has in their files now?

Edit: To fix spelling.

14. Because she is the spawn of the demon and she is now waiting in the wings
and practicing her lines of hate when crashcart finally bites the dust.

maybe there is more wrong with crashcart than we are being told? Maybe he's going to croak soon and his demon spawn is going to pick up his line of bullshit?
