We have always had a preponderance of educated, well-spoken posters, but I quit recommending DU as much when I looked at the titles of some of the threads.

F-this and F-that in the body of a post is one thing, but when you open the site and that's all you see, it probably turns off many "serious" news-gatherers, and makes us more the "anti-freeper", than a serious website..

It's basically now about a 60%-80% Obama hatred discussion board. So I would guess that pro Democratic Party sites wouldn't want to link here.

15. LOL! I was going to agree with you based on your subject alone

But, based on the body of your post, not so much. I don't see ANY "Obama hatred" here. I do see some valid criticisms though, but they get drowned out by people who seem to think Obama can do nothing wrong, which makes this place seem not to be much of a Democratic site.

The sites listed in the OP don't seem to try to shut down real progressives like I see done here.
