the SAME vitriol ignorance! We're in the 21st century for gawd's sake! What really gets me is that if these zealots really wanted to stop abortions then they could start by getting REAL about sex education and prevention, rather than "preach" abstinence. It's not realistic, especially in this day and time. I remember when my sister took my niece to the doctor to get on the pill. We talked about it afterwards and I remember her saying, "while I wish she would...who am I kidding to think that she'll wait..."

Needless to say, I was speechless since this was coming from someone who was very conservative. Sometimes even a blind squirrel can find a nut.

They're grown now, and mothers of their own kids, and I'm close to death because of raising two girls eighteen months apart.

But, when they started - and, I was so proud, they made sure to tell me EVERYTHING they were doing - they got equipped FAST.

At one point, I confiscated all hairbrushes, which had become deadly weapons.

The older one was a terrible bully, and the younger one did what she was told. That dynamic shifted gradually as they got older (it helped that they were both very beautiful - but very different-looking girls), and, eventually, the younger one, as I see it, now has the upper hand.

They grew up to be the best of friends, which was all I wanted for them, so I'm happy. They're complicated, noisy, messy, great women .........................
