Last survivor of Titanic dies this weekend.

Millvina Dean, in 1998. She died today at 98 years old.

She died in a nursing home in Southampton, England, the port from which the ship left on its single, ill-fated voyage. More incredible, she died on the 98th anniversary of the ship's launching, May 31, 1911.

She fell on hard financial times in the last few years. "Titanic" stars Kate Winslet and Leo Dicaprio quietly took up her cause and kept her financially sound in her later years.
