1. At least in my area, all the tests have already been conducted

Each canidate needs to complete and test and they were conducted in early spring. They will pull their people from that list of people that took and passed the tests.

Also, there is not much work being conducted now and will not be much work until late August when the next round of information will begin. They have been verifying houses, streets, and maps to prepare for the next round.
