1. I believe they will uphold it...
...which will lead to lawsuits because if they say those who were married during the time frame are still legally married, well, just screw any equal protection clause.

6. I agree with that, but i still think they will uphold it which will...
...and will lead to more lawsuits...not upholding it will lead to more lawsuits, but those will be thrown out...you can't over-rule the equal protection clause...the real issue is that those who vote not to uphold it will be subject to a very difficult re-election, the opposition funded by nutjobs.

4. The big win would be if the CASC ruled that the initiative/proposition
system that enabled this fiasco is fundamentally flawed and that the system is being stricken down for myriad reasons.
