WJ this morning - What Speaker Pelosi: Knew Does it matter
Amazing for M$Greedia repeats this discussion. No discussion on whether Bushco tortured to find a link between Iraq and Al Qaida.

Rushicans are off and running - Miss Ohio wants Nancy to step down. It matters a lot.

It's let's bash Nancy Saturday.

1. It does not matter. She had no authority, no duty, not even any right
to stop the torture. Why people are picking on Pelosi in this regard, I do not know. The Republicans are worried about her because she is relatively effective. That is what I suspect. Pelosi should have impeached Bush and been done with it in 2006. I hope she realizes that now. Her kindness in not impeaching Bush is being thus rewarded.

All Democrats need to learn from this that the Republicans bite the hands that feed them.

I hope Obama is taking notes on this. If he does not prosecute Bush, he will be blamed for all of Bush's mistakes. Mark my words. This is a prediction that I am certain will prove true.

4. Maybe she had to sign one of those BushCo loyalty oaths...

to get invited to those rose garden tea parties? She did go on and on about what a nice guy George was and about what a fine family he came from...(the same George Bush who had turned America into an undeclared dictatorship)(A dictatorship that even a dummy like me, noticed and recognized for what it was) If Impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors was "Off The Table" you have to wonder about what was going on under the table.

I'd feel better about Nancy if she would REALLY attempt to hold the criminals accountable even at this late date...she needs to show some real spine, use her power to the max and kick some GOPer asses NOW! Maybe then she will finally earn some trust and gratitude from EVERY democrat. I wasn't happy with her between 2006 and last November and I'm still not impressed.

I don't agree with the GOP slime's piling on/blame game bullshit...but I don't have a hell of a lot of faith in Nancy due to her past performance. She has the power NOW, to fight back and she had damned well better use it, or lose it!

2. I just love the idiots that bring up Pelosi is 3rd in line so she has to be trustworthy.
If we ever had the situation where Pelosi had to be sworn in, this country would be in such a shit storm that her trustworthiness would be the last thing we would need to worry about.
