Some questions for the lawyers that wrote the memos...
For John Yoo, for Jay Bybee, for Steven Bradbury:

Were you asked to write the memos and by whom?

Were you asked to write them so that prisoners could be tortured legally?

How did you draw the line between torture and legal interrogation?

Did you ever feel pressured to write these memos?

Did the request come from the White House or from the Vice President's Office?

How many times did you have to re-write them before you were satisfied with the finished copy?

Did you know what the memos were going to be used for?

Have you talked to anyone from the former President's or Vice-President's office recently?

And what did they say to you?

4. Excellent questions...
...although I might suggest one revision:

Instead of

"How many times did you have to re-write them before you were satisfied with the finished copy?"

I might ask

"How many times did you have to re-write them before they were satisfied with the finished copy?"

5. I agree.
That is a better question.

I wonder when these "lawyers" will be before the Congress to answer some of these questions?
