Obama should withdraw Dawn Johnsen's nomination for OLC and nominate her to SCOTUS.

The current obfuscation goes under most people's radar, but a SCOTUS nom would have all sorts of attention. The same bastards holding this nom up would have to either change their tune, or come out in the open with their baseless objections to her.

Then if that nom looks to be going south, withdraw it and Holder appoints her Special Prosecutor.

Ok, not a plan no drama-Obama would go with, of course. But fun to think about.
