"The current Supreme Court is a liberal, judicial activist court!!!!1"

Long - you can almost see the sweat pouring down her forehead

'The current Supreme Court is a liberal, judicial activist court. Obama could make it even more of a far-left judicial activist court, for a long time to come, if he appoints radicals like Diane Wood, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan. A new Justice in this mold would just entrench a bad majority for a long time.' - Wendy Long of "The Judicial Confirmation Network"

1. I love it. Obama has skill and luck with his ability to dominate the news
cycle. Day after day, week after week, month after month.

The repukes can do nothing but reel from punch after punch. Obama doesn't even break a sweat.

9. And What Were We Hearing When Bush Left Office.......
that though he screwed up everything else in his presidency - the Supreme Court would remain Right oriented for decades to come - that he made his mark.
