Transposing one's beliefs upon Obama

I think some of the anger here expressed at President Obama and his administration is because these folks have supported and voted for an image of the man they created in their own minds rather then paying attention to what he actually said in the campaign. I have seen very little evidence of where Obama has said or done a 180 degree flip from what he said in the campaign.
