..... his state's citizens for lack of a passport to visit the US?

5. That's cool. Obama should just tell him.....
....we'll be relocating the following bases to the United States.

* Brooks City-Base - San Antonio
* Dyess Air Force Base - Abilene
* Goodfellow Air Force Base - San Angelo
* Lackland Air Force Base - San Antonio
* Laughlin Air Force Base - Johnstone
* Randolph Air Force Base - Universal City
* Sheppard Air Force Base - Wichita Falls
* Biggs Army Airfield - Fort Bliss - El Paso, TX
* Camp Bullis - San Antonio
* Corpus Christi Army Depot - Corpus Christi
* Fort Bliss - El Paso
* Fort Hood - Killeen
* Fort Sam Houston - San Antonio
* Red River Army Depot - southwest of Texarkana
* USCG Station Galveston - Galveston Island
* Corpus Christi Naval Air Station
* Fort Worth Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base
* Ingleside Naval Station
* Johnson Space Center

And that the 250,000 federal employees working in Texas are fired and that any current government contracts with companies in the Republic of Texass are null and void and that the borders between the US and Texas are sealed and tariffs placed on any goods coming into the United States, and the border patrol will be relocated to the secure the border between Texas and the United States as well as any military equipment owned by the federal government will be moved to the United States.

And if they happen to get into border war with Mexico and ask for our assistance, we can tell them that interfering in the internal affairs of the Republic of Texas would raise grave concerns about the viability of their newly established country and that we wish them well in their efforts.

6. Even though he called on FEMA 5 days ago?
He wanted help with the wildfires in the panhandle. If I were Obama, I'd tell him "I thought that you wanted to secede from the Union?" and leave it at that.

7. He should take a cue from David Eddings (editted for this situation)
"To the government of the Republic of Texas,

Greetings. Your recent appeal for help came as a great surprise to me. Surely the esteemed gentlemen in Texas would not want me to violate the sovereignty of their newly established country by sending American personnel across their borders to deal with a few wildfires. The maintenance and safety of the populace is the paramount responsibility of any government, and I would not dream of intruding my countrymen into so fundamental an area. To do so would raise grave doubts in the minds of reasonable men throughout the world as to the viability of your new country. I do, however, send you my best wishes in your efforts to deal with what is, after all, a strictly internal matter.

Sincerely,
President Barrack Obama
United States of America"
