5. That's the good intention part
but vigilantism and terroristic threats shouldn't be supported, no matter the intention behind them.

6. He is enforcing the ban on whaling in Artic Sanctuary
He is doing the jobs that countries should be doing.

When laws are not enforced, what then. Japan won't even dock in Australia because the Humane Society will have them charged with breaking the law.

Sea Shepherd does speak for those who can't speak for themselves. Captain Paul Watson got his start in a small children's program called the Kindness Club in Canada. His mother brought him there.

why have they offered to be taken to court, tried for their 'vigilantism' (which is taking action against internationally designated ILLEGAL whaling operations), yet been refused?

why do you think that is?
