Former Waddell & Reed executive charged with flashing students
Boston media have reported that a flashing incident at Wellesley College in the Boston area led to the arrest of a former marketing director of Waddell & Reed Financial Inc.

Stephen J. Barrett, 40, was charged with indecent exposure and open and gross lewdness.

Police also are investigating whether Barrett was involved in five other flashing incidents at the exclusive women’s college, a Boston Herald report said. Those incidents, the first of which happened last September, produced a crime alert at Wellesley campus and led to the moniker "campus flasher," the report said.

Boston police said this morning that Barrett has not been charged in any other incidents.

2. Hey it's damn hard to flash when you're walkin around in a 3 piece bidness suit
Good to know he hasn't been charged in any "other" incidents (other than the five they already got him for).

3. "...open and gross lewdness."
Hadn't heard of this charge before. I thought "indecent exposure" had pretty much covered it all, but I suppose "open and gross" could cover speech and gestures...
