Urge Gov. Kaine to Veto Anti-Choice Bill

Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine will soon decide whether to sign or veto a bill that would funnel thousands of dollars to fake clinics that mislead women about their options when faced with an unintended pregnancy.

If signed into law, Virginia’s “Choose Life” license-plate legislation would direct funds so-called “crisis pregnancy centers” in the state. All crisis pregnancy centers have an anti-choice agenda, and many use deceptive, intimidating, and emotionally manipulative tactics to prevent women from making their own choices about abortion.

We need pro-choice Americans nationwide to call on Gov. Kaine, who also serves as chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), to veto this anti-choice bill. Please fill out the form below to send him an email today.
