2. Odd now that they're criticizing him for not looking sorrowful enough, for daring

to laugh and act occasionally lighthearted, when just a few weeks ago (up until his State of the Unionesque speech) they were complaining that he was TOO NEGATVE and somber. I guess the media can't make up its mind on how to attack him, but attack him they must.

Walking around miserable does nothing!! I would rather see a positive outlook even if it is all going to shit. Happy or Grim will do nothing to solve problem, but laughter will keep him healthy.
If he were to portray the emotions most would be feeling from discovery of this mess that's been dumped in his lap, he may have had heart failure the second week!!
