3. The "Us against Them" mentality in law enforcement

is getting FAR, FAR out of hand. x(

These departments that don't respect the people their supposed to be protecting need to be dismantled, and then rebuilt from the ground up with more transparency, outside supervision, and accountability.

Cops who pull this shit shouldn't be facing useless administrative reviews. They should be facing arrests and jail time.
