Bank bailouts are inefficient. A more effective plan would be to
transfer the bailout money straight into bonuses for the executives, thereby cutting out all the inconvenient intervening busywork.

1. You nailed it on a cosmic level, JPR.
That is why I believe that efficiency is not always good.

Systems need noise, heat, and waste to prevent escape functions from executing and system collapse.

Like swarms represent failure of predators. Waste and friction stop Fibonacci from turning the rich into money.
