as a "news story".. It was disgusting.

1. VNR
video news release - its a way for corperate masters to sell their wares within the news, as news.

I stopped watching MSM news quite a while ago, hell, there's no news on it anymore, just propoganda and VNR's. I probably won't watch another broadcast unless the Sherman anti-trust act is re-enacted.

news broadcasts wouldn't stoop. .

I think all news broadcasts now are held under their respective company's "entertainment divisions".
Any semblence of 'news coverage' went out the window 20 years ago.

4. Kicking...yes, this is disgusting, disappointing and 100% unethical.
Guess GE is looking to prop up those sagging profits and stocks.

Maybe we'll see Brian holding a Coke can during the broadcast tomorrow.
