Tweety just choked talking about Snow's cancer
And to be fair, he was very fair in his coverage of Elizabeth's cancer.

1. Snow has a few weeks left
Once it reaches the liver, it's over. Hope he finds peace.

Three years ago one of my closest friends
discovered she had liver cancer towards the end of October. She was dead in eleven days on November 4th. That shook me up big time since she was getting married again on New Years Eve, but at least she didn't suffer.

2. I'm sure all these reporter types know each other, and even
though they work for different networks and are of different political stripes, most are friends. I admit, Ihad a small tear in my eye when I heard this news this morning.

4. I seriously doubt that.
My oldest brother was diagnosed with colon cancer in February, 2001. He underwent surgery and chemo. He was clear until September, 2002. It had metasized into his lungs and the new tumor was inoperable. Terry was dead by April, 2003.

As I posted earlier, I feel for Tony Snow and his family even though I abhor his politics. I seriously doubt he'll have much "quality" time left...

13. He was 54 when he was originally diagnosed
and 56 when he died.

Just to add my sister-in-law, myself and my older sister are convinced that his colon cancer was a result of his exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam during 1967/1968.

We'll never be able to prove it but we still feel very strongly that this was a primary cause.

16. The more that I think about it
It was a little over a year after we found that it spread to her liver that she passed. You are probably right because the younger you are the faster you pass away. We were told that once it hits the soft organs that it is terminal. That was 20 years ago so things might have changed. Elizabeth Edwards is in much better shape. The bones are much slower.

to be classy and talk about Chris is it?

You said nothing wrong. Don't let it bother you.

Edit for clarity.

9. My ex-wife...
... died of cancer that moved to the liver...

No matter who it is and what I think of them, no one deserves to die that way.

My prayers go to both him and his family.
