Bushies discover a constitutional protection they can love--the 5th Amendment
Having weakened so many of our constitutional protections isn't it wonderful that the Bush administration left the 5th Amendment intact.

Everybody needs a place to hide.

1. One thing they have forgotten about
they forgot about habeas corpus , if they are found in contempt of congress, they can in theroy be sent to jail without redress from habeas corpus, they killed it,, now let it bite'em in the ass with it.

2. considering they have stripped out the rest of the amendments
it should now be reffered to as the Bill of Right (singular) with a footnote stating it applies only to loyal bushies

4. Back in the '50s when I was growing up in Texas only dirty commies
took the 5th. Times sure have changed!
