The republicans have watered it down just enough so they still may have a chance to say "Told you it wouldn't work" if is doesn't do as much as it would have. Just wait that is exactly what they will say next.

I always used to say, "Inside every Republican, there's a Democrat trying to get out."
Looks like I may be rethinking this statement. Maybe it only applies to the average Republican on the street - definitely not these asshats in the House.
