1. We should be putting 1+ trillion into energy development alone.
Solar, Algae based bio, Wind, etc.

NOW is this time to develop the energy sources of the future.

3. All of the above + nuclear
We need a lot of power to replace all the hydrocarbon fuels in home heating and industry and to generate hydrogen for transportation.

4. The thing about Hydrogen that people do not understand is Hydrogen is essentially a battery...
It's a form of energy storage and there is a substantial loss in the generation of it.

5. What would you use as a substitute for petroleum in transportation?
I don't think we want our long range truckers waiting on battery chargers.
