2. Stephen Colbert
was really on a roll here - reminded me of his great bit a few years ago dissing the hell out of Bush right in front of him. National Press Club?

K&R

23. Where, what?
Where did I buy it, or where do I watch it? :)

I got the DVD from C-SPAN, right after it happened.
I also have the audio-only version, which you can get for about $1.50 on audible.com.
Plus you can YouTube the thing all over the place.

25. Proof that this man has BALLS!
Just like he told us in promo ads before his program even premiered, years ago.

He and the show's writers are such a brilliant team of political satirists.

10. Not only should it be in an ad
it should be part of the stimulus. The bulk of the money should go to districts whose reps supported the bill. We can assume that if someone voted against it, they don't want the money. If any citizens complain, refer them to their rep for an explanation.

13. Probably not - Comedy Central/Viacom sued YouTube
anything from there that gets put on usually gets taken down really fast. The only good thing that came out of that was that CC started offering whole shows and bits of shows on their own website - with commercials, of course.

17. Same here
Because I'm a Brit, I can't watch Colbert on his site. I can't watch full episodes of the Daily Show either, just clips.

It really made the repugs look like the idiots they are, and I think his idea about them refusing to take the money for their districts was great!

Apparently my employer doesn't believe I'd ever have a professional reason to have Flash installed on my office pc. Of course, in this case, he'd be right in assuming I'd abuse the privilege. :P Oh well, I'll watch it at home tonight.
