A question about Minnesota law
If the Coleman-Franken race had been for the governorship, would Minnesota be without a governor right now? I agree with every part of MN law up until the refusal to seat the winner of the recount. I think Franken should be seated temporarily and if Coleman wins the contest then Franken goes home and Coleman gets the rest of the term. For Senate it admittedly isn't the hugest deal but for governor it would be a massive deal.

1. I think if it is vacant for a period, Jesse Ventura can step in.
