Why no indictments for Crude Oil price manipulation

60 minutes had a great expose on the manipulation of Crude Oil prices last summer and was naming names as far as companies were concerned, but stopped short of naming the perps themselves.

What they did say was “The Traders that came from the then bankrupted Enron Corp. were the most highly sought after commodity on Wall St.”

These are people with a “History” of manipulating commodities and bilking the public out of $Billions of dollars. They are a “Threat which needs to be removed from the Public”
