After 9/11.

Obama is asking us to contribute the best of ourselves to improve our country. Bush just wanted us to spend money to enrich his buddies.

19. That photo was taken early
The CNN photo was the 2nd one, and there were gaps and the guest stands were not full. I think the pic on top in much more accurate. Wow, just wow.
