"Rev Lowrey insulted all white people today" -the right wing meme on talk radio this afternoon

Heard this on 2 different shows, once from a caller and the second time from a host. Apparently they were offended by his line that asked for the white folks to get it right.

Well as long as we have white supremacist groups, idiots putting up racist billboards criticizing Obama and (on a larger scale) segregated communities, then the white folk ain't got it right.

The right wingers also thought Obama's speech was well delivered but lacked substance. Makes you wonder if they even bothered to listen.

12. No, they don't listen to whole things in context, they only hear excerpts out of context and

interepretations fed to them by the likes of O Reilly, Hannity Limpbaugh, etc.

Its been their modus operandi all along. Take words out of context and make your opponent look as rediculous and evil as possible.

A lot of these people (some of my relatives for example) literally accept no other sources of information except these far-right propaganda dissemination shows - they won't even watch the usual mass media like CBS news or CNN or whatever because that is the evil so called "liberal" media.
