1. I don't even have to click on that. Nice to see they cherish the
environment so much and decided to throw that swill in a waterway. Woe is them! :D

4. So, we'll all buy Pepsi products to make up for the Freepers' protest.
Dole juices, bottled Lipton teas -- not at all bad even if you don't drink carbonated soft drinks.

6. BOTH Pepsi ads have me wanting to run out and buy a case of the stuff
Not just the "My Generation" ad but the one using
the Pointer Sisters' "Yes We Can (Can)".

And the use of the REFRESH logo along with the tag
line is the ultimate in "high-concept" advertising!

17. I hadn't heard about the Pepsi-Obama ad..
I just saw the other week that their logo was changed and it resembled Obama's. So I found this..

"(CNSNews.com) – Pepsi is running a new advertising campaign that keys into the upcoming inauguration – one that features a re-designed corporate logo that mimics the distinctive Obama “O” campaign logo, and refers to the president-elect as “the man who is about to refresh our nation.”

PepsiCo’s Web site -- RefreshEverything.com -- features an application allowing anyone to send a video message to the president-elect. The feature’s explanation reads, “Help us refresh America.”

http://www.cnsnews.com/public/content/article.aspx?RsrcID=41969

Good for them..you know a giant company couldn't pull that off with the bush 'cause of the way he was encounced.

27. Actually Dr. Pepper is an appropriate Freep beverage
It's not owned by Pepsi, though the Pepsi bottlers distribute it in many areas.

The actual owner of Dr. Pepper is The Bush Crime Family's Carlyle Group.

Do you need to know anything else?

Personally i drink VERNORS the Detroit Ginger Soda beverage that was invented during the Civil War making it the nations Oldest commercial soda pop.

(Though nowadays it is owned by the Shweps-Cadbury people)

if they thought a Democrat had any part of the company. That would be pretty funny really. They'd have to Poopsie in their pantsies.

It must really suck to be them, sitting there watching the enthusiasm, not just here but globally over the Inauguration of President Barack Hussein Obama.

44. Hell...I've Been Boycotting Pepsi Since The 70's...
They hired Nixon to their board of directors...I swore the stuff off and yes I can tell the difference between Pepsi and Coke. That said...I guess if the once rabid Chicago Tribune could endorse and be very supportive of President Obama, Pepsi could change as well.

My bets are the sales of malt liquor and ripple at cheap liquor stores near Freeperville will soar tomorrow.
